Hydrogen is one of the world's most versatile energy carriers, energy stores, and industrial feedstocks. Found in methane and propane as well as water, where it can be extracted as a gas by electrolysis. It is key to the decarbonisation of our planet.

It's clean

When supplied by renewable electricity for production, hydrogen becomes a clean source of energy. Producing green hydrogen only emits oxygen and heat as it's by-products which can be harvested for further use.

It's the future

We need to replace the use of fossil fuels. Green hydrogen will heat and power our homes and businesses. It will fuel transport, ancillary vehicles, and equipment and feed into many industrial processes.

Our Markets

Decarbonisation of our energy systems (electricity and gas grids) is high on the worldwide agenda. Hydrogen will replace carbon-emitting coal and gas fired power plants. The production and storage of hydrogen will help to grid-balance when consumer demands dictates.

Supermarkets, shops, data centres, offices, hospitals and many more buildings can become eco-friendly by powering their environments and back-up power systems with hydrogen.

With climate change delivering more and more unpredictable weather, our food chain becomes less stable. Too little rain, too much rain, long periods of frost and snow all ruin crops and produce less yield. Using hydrogen and oxygen for growing plants without soil can enhance the growth time and promote vegetation that is algae free.
