Clean Power Hydrogen Group Ltd are delighted to announce that it has taken a big step forward in its plans for continual improvement in Environmental Performance by being awarded with the coveted ISO 14001:2015 certificate by the British Standards Institute (BSI).

Our achievement of the ISO 14001:2015 certificate demonstrates the company’s commitment and willingness to incorporate these standards, improve our environmental impact within our day-to-day operations, and position ourselves to thrive in changing environmental conditions.

To achieve ISO 14001:2015 status, we carried out an in-depth assessment of our activities and their environmental impact. We identified the following key issues as being particularly important to address such as:

  •     > increased recycling
  •     > waste reduction
  •     > energy usage

Senior management set objectives and targets to improve the company’s performance. Revised environmental procedures and guidelines were quickly adopted by staff and integrated into day-to-day operations.

In addition, we want to maintain our leading position in the marketplace because more and more customers and countries are becoming environmentally conscious requiring suppliers and companies to show proof of sound environmental commitment. Having gained ISO 14001:2015, we know that the hard work is just beginning as external auditors and CPH2 look for continuous improvement.
